We’re celebrating British Pie Week 2017 with an extra special dish, created by Executive Chef Lee Murdoch, especially to celebrate Pie Week.
Introducing the Rossini Torta!
Inspired by the Italian composer Gioachino Antonio Rossini, our pie, or torta if you please, is the epitome of luxury comfort food. Made from the freshest of ingredients, the Rossini Torta is a culinary experience not to be missed.
While the recipe is top secret, we can tell you that the Rossini is made with braised beef cheek, roast goose liver, winter truffle, smoked shallots and spinach in a rich bordelaises jus and served with dauphinoise potatoes & buttered spinach.
